Air to water heat pump advise

I'm building a new build two storey 3500 sq ft. I'm considering the option of installing an a2w heat pump as the ground condition does not suit for geothermal.

I've got a couple quotes back for some heat pumps (danfoss 13kw, dimplex 16kw and ochsner 14kw) the ochsner being the most expensive.

Obviously the ochsner would be my first choice but it's considerably more expensive making it hard to cover payback.

Has anyone had any experience with these heat pumps and could recommend or warn against?
