Poultry Processing Facilities

    Anyone know where I'd find a poultry processing facility in the Limerick / East Clare / North Tipp area?
    I've called the Dept & local councils - drawing blanks.

    Appreciate any help on this one - proving to be tricky to locate a facility.

    As far as I know there is one in castle Mahon in Newcastle west co Limerick.

    Castlemahon closed a few years now. I had a look at that FSAI link and can't see any poultry slaughtering plants approved in the OP'S areas. Shannon Vale Poultry in Clonakilty slaughter but maybe too far?

    there is a guy called Eugene omeara in doon / cappamore area he will sort u out.

    Maybe it's not castle Mahon I think john o Connell mills is there now but a fella told me last yr or 2 yrs ago he got turkeys killed and blast frozen and it was definately ncw. Try that guy in doon maybe
