Is this an aftermarket radio or factory one?

This is the Grand Vitara, the older type one?

    Does it eject/load a cd?

No it's the factory one, hard to come by I beleive,I've tried most breakers with no luck,I was hoping it was a fuse but no joy,

There is a poster here called iamthemanwork that would probably know off the top of his head if there is a common fault on this unit, hopefully he sees this thread.

If your radio is black in colour then the fault described is repairable. It is common for this model to go dead but this does not mean it cannot be repaired. I have repaired many with this fault
