Anyone have Webshots?

Hi, I'm just after downloading Webshots so I can post pic's on the internet. But since I downloded it my Windows Picture and Fax Viewer won't open pictures. Any ideas why this is happening? Do I have to un-install Webshots?

i've got it, but an old version of it. You just have to windows picture and fax viewer as the default program for opening images

I did that but when you double click on a picture, the viewer opens but the picture doesn't load and the egg-timer keeps going
