I lost my front mudguard on my bike.
It was a bit **** when it rained heavily, or in other words when the roads were very wet.
Wondered could anyone recommend a decent one?
I've a road bike that I only use around town really. I do take the front wheel off sometimes though and through it in the car.
    Any recommendations?

I have an SKS one that can't use (not enough clearance) so you can have that if you'll collect it..

If GSI doesn't want it I would definitely take it. My front raceblade mudguard snapped yesterday after going strong for 5 years

I also have a race blade front you are welcome to have. Bought as a set and only the rear would fit.

Not bothered about having the front anyway. PM me if you want it. Based in South Dublin and work in Leixlip

Oh South Dublin, I'd be interested.
Any advice if I wanted to buy different one.

Picked up and fitted. Thanks a million, that's saved me a few wet commutes!

Can't go wrong with the raceblades in my opinion. Unless you want a full mudguard, in which case the crud roadracer is an option. I personally hate the crud ones, as they are fiddly to put on, aren't very durable, and I hate the pads they have that rub off the rim to keep the mudguard true.

If clearance is not an issue (and you have the dropouts), then you have a lot more options.

These https://www.sks-germany.com/en/products/raceblade-long-black/ worked well on a spin today.
BBB do a similar mudguard http://bbbcycling.com/accessories/fenders/BFD-22 but I'm not sure if many shops are stocking them yet.
Both are designed for road bikes with very little clearance and no fixings on the forks/stays.

    Anyone ever make some?

I made one myself from a 2litre milk container for the front and modified the rear too with the same containers and some snap ties, I almost want it to lash now to test it out!
