Help!TV stopped connecting to internet

    Hi, we bought a Samsung Smart tv a few months back and an android tv box.All was going fine until yesterday when the box that was usually accessed by selecting HDMI 2, suddenly wasnt appearing.Instead I'm getting a message saying 'No Signal Or Signal Not Strong Enough'.
    I have a Horizon Box from UPC/Virgin providing internet in the house and all other devices, kids tablets, our phones, etc are working fine.
    Searched online and discovered many people complaining of same in old posts but then others saying it was fixed?I would be much obliged if any of you can fill me in?
