Disability Allowance to BTEA

I am currently in 3rd year of a level 7 course and up until now I have been receiving disability allowance. I was totally unaware that because I am at full time education I have to be on BTEA until I got a letter from the Dept of Social welfare saying that I have to get a form stamped and filled out by my college but I have a few questions:

Will my payment be changed in anyway?
Will my Household benefits be effected?

And finally, One I finish college in May do I automatically switch back to disability allowance or do I have to re-apply for disability allowance?
