Pistachio Oil - uses??

Any tried and tested suggestions for pistachio oil?? It was an impulsive Lidl purchase, and so far I've made pistachio biscotti (yum!) and I presume I could use it in salad dressings and the like? Any other ideas?? Thanks in advance:)
