Samsung phone/ Google account

    Hi all,

    I'm having trouble getting back into my Samsung lite phone.

    I had to go into the store to get it rebooted and now I can't get past the End user license agreement.

    I tick agree and it the asks my to input my Google account details. I do so and then low and behold I'm back at the End User License agreement to start the process again.

    Does anyone know what is happening and this is resolved?
