Using a Farho as a secondary heater?

I want to add a Farho heater to supplement central heating and I want to install it in a kitchen/dining area that is 230 sq feet or 21.5 sq m. Am I better off getting the 13 panel as recommended by the Farho site or bearing in mind this is just supplementing central heating can I "downgrade the spec" to a smaller model Farho?

If it's to supplement the heating why use a electric heater why not add a radiator or increase the size of the existing.
The 13 panel would be to heat the complete room if
You were using it while the central heating is on you could downgrade it
