    I phoned last week and requested a bill to be sent out to my house. Its now Friday and I still haven't received one. I need this Bill as a matter of urgency as I need to finalise the balance on the account with my previous landlord. I'm actually one of the people in this country who has made the effort to pay their bill. The least you could do is process a pretty standard request !!

    Can you please get this sorted?? Its not rocket science !!
