Traveling without a gnib card or valid stamp

Hi, <mod-snip> I'm a Mexican student in WIT. Tomorrow there's gonna be a student event held in London, however, I haven't got my GNIB card or valid Stamp on my passport. As a Mexican I don't need a visa whatsoever to be in Ireland, just to be registered with the gardaí if I'm staying more than 6 months.
The reason why I don't have my card or Stamp up to date is because my original insurance was sourced overseas and after a year I needed a locally sourced medical expenses insurance, which I was told on my recent immigration appointment, hence, too little too late.
Today, two days after the appointment, I've got all my documents correct, locally sourced insurance, enough money in my bank account, college letters of confirmation that I payed my fees and receipt of rent, outbound and inbound flights to and from Waterford airport and hotel info in London.
How risky is it to go? Will I have a terrible time at the customs desk?

Oh and my last entry to Ireland was on the fourth of August. So I'm almost 5 months in since I last left for more than a month.

No, they only care when you enter and leave the UK.

OP you've given your name and location on two threads. For your own security you should delete that personal information. You don't know who lurks on public internet forums

I've done some editing here and reported the other to the local mods to remove.

    Thanks,
