Doing Home tutition while on career break?

    Hi has anyone working as a home tutor while on career break ? If so did the teaching limit of 40days apply in this instance or were you able to work as many days/hours as you wanted seen as though the parents of the child you are tutoring pay you and not dept of Education. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Tks
