    hi,

Its a block of 4 apartments that is 10 years old. The original planning was for 2x 2 beds and 2X 1 beds but its now being sold as 3x2 beds and 1x1bed.

How to resolve this and get it fire compliant ?

    thanks

General plan - hire a consultant, establish the level of compliance as-built, apply for a regularisation fire safety certificate and commence remedial works (last 2 should be simultaneous).

If you are considering purchasing it make sure to get your consultant to check it out first. It may not make sense to buy the block if the works required to make it comply are extensive or expensive!
