    hi all.
Could anybody please help me with this. My family are in the process of getting our case heard in the high court. We need to issue 2 summons but we know the people involved will not physically accept these. What is the procedure here? Do we physically have to place the summons in their hand or what can we do? We are lay litigants fighting for justice for a few years now so any advice would be really appreciated. This is the only thing holding us back as we know they wont accept them. Even the clerk in the High Court office was shocked to hear this but she had no advice to give us either. Thanks in advance.
