    Guys

We converted from Oil to Gas about 3 weeks ago. The system is losing pressure and causing an F2 error every other days. It got to the stage that we are topping the system up daily.

    Is this a leak somewhere?

Never had an issue with the old oil boiler etc.

Yes, you do have a leak somewhere, but it may be something that existed before the new boiler was installed, or as a result of it.
Constantly topping up your heating system with fresh water can destroy a central heating system.
You really need to get the installer of the new boiler out to have a look at it.

The installer is suggesting to put in an automatic valve to automatically top up the pressure which I thought was a wrong as it's not fixing the underlying issue.

Don't let him fit an auto filler its solving the problem just masking it.
You have one of the most expensive boilers out there and if the issue is not sorted your boiler will be fecked within 2 years at the Max
