    T&C's says everything bar the usual exclusions like top-up cards, gift cards and charitable products. Instore it says that the 20% will be taken at the till.

    Went into my local Heaton's and its everything alright. I got the 2 in 1 torch and light that has been advertised on the TV for 11.99 and it came up 9.59 at the till.
