UK Pension disregard?

    In a Disability Allowance means test, is a UK pension calculated by the total amount, or is there any percentage disregard?

    Thanks for the info. If that's the case, and there was a need to repay an amount, can it be repaid in agreed amounts over a period of time? And if so, is there a maximum that can be taken per week?

    They can legally take 15% a week till the over payment is paid back

    You can make a "hardship" case for yourself, but I always think it's best to try and get it paid off as quick as possible.
