WTD - Pannier rack + Pannier bag

    Wondering if anyone has the above for sale.

    Pannier bag(s) would need to be extremely waterproof (given the weather lately :mad:)
    and be able to hold a laptop + a change of clothes.

    Dublin area.

    Edit: Doing some research on this, I might be better with a rack top bag...

    Have a look on the planet x Web site they were selling off panniers and racks recently.
