Cost of a small extension

    Hi everyone,
Apologies if this has been asked before. We live in a semi d. We would love a small extension off the kitchen/dining room to create a playroom. We currently have a "L" shaped space. (Think an L on it's side) So the long part is the dining part and the small part is the kitchen cupboards/appliances. We want to "fill in" the gap so it would be more or a rectangle. The extension would be roughly 4m x 3m.

My neighbours have already done a similar job and have built a proper wall on the boundary (it would of been a fence). This is the wall that we would want to use/build on.

We are getting a porch soon so was going to ask the guy about maybe a sunroom/conservatory option but am worried it would be too cold? Should I price a "sheomra" extension. Obviously we would prefer bricks though!

    Thanks in advance.
