Audio set up in bedroom?

Hi I'm just curious as to what set up people have in their bedroom- a mini hifi with a speaker on either side of the bed or just a single unit (e.g. sonos speaker etc.?) For best audio quality and stereo you'd think people would have speakers spread out but I'm guessing mist people have a single speaker unit I'm looking at…

I'm looking at getting Cambridge audio radio Go or maybe a micro hifi.
