How do I boost my immunity... long term? I've asthma and catch every cold going which leads to a chest/sinus infection which in turn leads to me needing time off work (I work in the private sector so that's not good).

If you could recommend any good books or website that would be great.

I am the same the past 6 weeks. I suffer from insomnia so it's probably part of my issues too.

I am thinking of trying echinaforce, it is supposed to help build immunity. Was recommended to me by a few people

Feeling for you; I have the same issue, with M.E but at over 70 can simply adapt and avoid crowded places. shopping early in the day etc. I hold my breath for three days after every outing... could you wear a mask? I would if it meant safety.

Vit D, zinc, use plenty hand bac gel.

People being sick is as bad news in the private as the public sector.
