Hole in the wall

    Hi

In the house I'm in now, there is a hole in the wall where one would put the pipe from the tumble dryer to let the air out.

We have a tumble dryer now that does not use this hole.

However, this hole is handy as acts as ventilation for the boiler in the room and let's a bit of air out.

However, my problem is this hole is big enough and a rodent could easily get in to the house this way.

Can anyone recommend some kind of mesh or cover to allow air flow in and out freely via this hole.......but stops a rodent getting in.
