Career Questionnaires/Tests - any recommendations?

    Hi there
    For my own self development as a middle manager in private sector, I was hoping to do some online tests/personality tests etc to assess my management style, leadership style, personality and its impact on my behaviour at work - maybe point towards strengths/weaknesses

    I have completed Myers Briggs, but just wondering if anyone would be so kind as to advise on any other online resources to access these type of tests?

    Not in a position to go to a career coach at the moment, but thought this might be a good first step on the journey.
