It seems like Gerald Connelly has been signing the film certs as Acting Director for years now. How long more can that go on for?

    This too shall pass.

I honestly didn't know that anyone noticed or cared!

I always reading his signature as Randly, even though it's printed below. Maybe they like the play on his role as a film censor being an "acting director".

I assume due to IFCO falling under the civil servant umbrella, recruitment was frozen in the wake of the country dying, which brought about the whole acting director thing.

I'm guessing the IFCO isn't high on the list of organisations who will have the recruitment freeze unfrozen.
