I have only made a claim for jobseekers in the last couple of weeks, will I be entitled to the Christmas bonus?

No you have to be longterm unemployed - 15 months or more.

I've been on casual jobseekers for a few years. I qualified for the bonus payment last year. I didn't realise that the payment was being made next week, and I agreed to do an extra day in work this week, so I'll be putting I worked 4 days on my docket, and won't be getting my welfare payment next week. Does that mean I'll lose the bonus too? :(

I've been on the Back to Education allowance for the last 3+ years.

As part of the BTE scheme you can work during the summer months, this summer instead of signing on to the job seekers as i usually do i worked for the summer.

I am now back in college and getting the BTE again. am i entitled for the xmas bonus??

The stipulations beside the official BTE info have me a bit confused. I have been on the BTE for 15+months but because i worked this summer would that unqualified me.
Back to Education Allowance (people coming from jobseeker's payments must have been on their payment and/or BTEA for 15 months)

Hi I was on supplementary welfare for 16 months while waiting for a decision on disability allowance. I have been paid my disability allowance now nearly 2 months just wondering will I be entitled to bonus. Thanks
