    well
I have a 02 honda civic 1.7 cdti. The heater wont power for me at all. Iv tried the fuse but no joy.
Through a bit of looking online it seems its the heater blower fan or the resistor for this.
Does anyone know if its definitely the fan as there is no power in it at all?
when reading up on the resistor problem most the forums/utube say its the resistor when the fan works on full and not the lesser power of the blower.
dont fancy leaving it into a garage would rather fix myself but would just like to know which to replace
    thanks

Once you've checked power is getting down to the motor and still nothing then replace the motor. You are correct, if the resister is gone it should still blow on full.
