I have had a few item delievered by Global Shipping recently. I normally get an email from them saying that they have received my parcel and then normally get another email saying that the item has been dispatched. The items I purchased came with An Post via the Royal Mail.

Maybe try entering the long number of the trace my parcel section on those sites or if you got an email from Global Shipping there maybe a link on that.

And worse still because ebay is doing the delivery some sellers think if there is a problem as in non delivery then its ebays problem and not theirs.

Recently got a delivery email stating the parcel had arrived and been signed for, it hadn't so started a dispute. Turns out the delivery notice was to say the parcel had arrived at ebay's distribution center. Seller claims that once its in ebays hands its nothing to do with them anymore and any claim for non delivery is against ebay? Who knows, still waiting as parcel isn't due for a couple more days.

Global Shipping are bad news! They have fierce bad press on other forums. They loose stuff and then its a battle to prove that they lost it before you get your money refunded.I go out of my way not to buy an item that has GLOBAL Shipping as the deliverer!

I'll be avoiding the global shipping programme in future, the best part of it was that they used An Post for the delivery and thats good for rural locations where couriers can't be bothered to go.
