Fellow Honda man here, I've moved the same sound system I've had for years to lots of different cars over the years. The best way I've found to get good clear sound and fast response is to limit the amount of low frequency sounds going to the speakers and to let the subs take care of them.
My head unit has a separate control for the sub so it's fairly easy. It's best to keep the gain on your amps between low and medium so as to keep your base clean. Does the Accord take 6x9's as standard?
You get what you pay for with speakers. The stock sounds in my 04 Accord were actually sweet when I had one, I left everything alone.
I changed the ones in my Prelude yesterday though, they were terrible! I've had the same pair of Pioneer's for years now, they still sound sweet.
Here's a couple of picks I took yesterday of the stock versus new, the magnets are about four times as big and heavy!

If you want the best sound spend a bit more and get decent powerful speakers and amp them. The only problem is you'll probably have to run heavier cables to the speakers for the best results.

No issues about how much to spend of course we are not millionaires. What to buy? What brand ? What models.
I was looking at these on pic attached. But saw video on YouTube saying they are cheap crapp.

If you have a sub and amp already I would recommend installing a set of components up front and ideally add an amplifier for them. If you don't amp them you will only drive them to distortion trying to play them loud enough to balance with your sub.

I really wouldn't bother replacing the rear speakers or if you do leave them until last. No point having all the sound coming from behind your ears. The main advantage of a 6x9 speaker is increased bass but that's the last thing you need at the moment.

You can either go for a co-ax set or a set of components, depends on your budget and what kind of quality your after.

No budget. Won bleeding lotto hahaha :) I'm after the best speakers. Best sound. Loud and clear sound. Just don't know for which ones to go for

Well if you did I will sell you a very nice set lol.

Seriously though if you are fitting something good you will really want to amp them to get the best from them. I would go with a set of components rather then a co-ax set.

Also you will want to fit some sound deadener to the door, a €500 set of components with a GOOD quality deadener will sound better then a €800.00 set without.

What are the model numbers of your amp and sub ?

I think you might have too much bass there!

Having your standard speakers powered from a head unit and then a twin bandpass box running off a fairly powerful amplifier is going to be a little unpleasant to say the least :-)

What exactly are you looking for, is it more quality sound or just something loud.

I am looking fro more quality sound. Due to too much bass when I turn up volume sound becomes not clear. Song like. Words not clear and I thought it's coz honda standard speakers not top class.

True the factory fit speakers will not be much good but you have way too much bass there for a normal nice sounding system. If it were me I would simply run a good quality set of component speakers in the front, a single 10" or possibly 12" quality sub and run it all off a 3 or 4 channel amplifier with reasonable power. You could run two separate amplifiers but you have to keep in mind the charging system on your car and Honda's don't have the biggest alternators out there.

4 ways speaker is the worse kind of speaker you can buy
And that 350 WATTS marketing BS, while that speaker can actually handle 80 WRMS TOP
Pioneer is not really known for their high quality, high fidelity speakers in the 12v industry.

As MobileAudio said you should really focus on front 2 or 3 ways components for the front
Mid range, mid bass and tweeters or if no room to install mid bass speakers, focus on getting a nice set of mid range and tweeters components (Not with the tweeter built-in into the mid range)

    http://www.adverts.ie/audio/infinity-speakers-series-9613i/8670010

These are generally better quality stuff, best of whats available on a search for 6x9 in adverts.

All the rest are a fantastic example of what Not to buy.
