Hi guys, hope someone can help me. I am filling out a form for Jobseekers "Repeat Claim", not sure how to answer the part about my most recent employer.

I got redundancy in 2013 then claimed JSB for 9 months.

Then I set up as self employed for 14 months however that work has dried up (no income since Feb 2015). Last week I de-registered as self employed and am currently seeking PAYE work again.

For the purposes of "Repeat Claim" Jobseekers form, do I give details of my last employer from 2013 again or just re-iterate that I was self-employed (so don't have a P45) and give the dates of self employment?

Just put down that you were self employed.
