    Hi,

    I registered for Irish Water back in June at my rented address. 

    Firstly, you sent a bill in the complete wrong name. Now you are sending bills in the name of my landlord yet sending me text messages to say that my bill is due yet nothing has been issued in my name.

    I will send you a PM with my address and name once someone replies to me
