Domor house insulation

    Hi folks, any advise on insulating a 20 year old domor house(upstairs). House currently has basic insulation between joists. I considering spray form insulation from a local company who are not linked to the SEAI grant, i have been assured they can still provide a competitive price without the grant. Has anybody any feedback on insulating a domor of a similar age?
