Rekordbox DJ - Pitching/Tempo Sync

To anyone using Rekordbox DJ, have you or are you having issues with Pitch syncing and Tempo syncing? I'm having awful issues with it and can't get it sorted.

I assume this is the performance mode is it?

Does the sync work perfect for the same track in both decks playing from the same point?
