Lightroom - Buying without Subscription

I have lightroom 4 and would like to upgrade to the latest version. Im having trouble figuring out if I can just buy it fully without having to do a yearly subscription. Has anyone managed to do this? Thanks!

You can buy Lightroom 6 as a stand alone from Amazon or other outlets without having to subscribe to the monthly or annual subscriptions
