Thinking of doing this next year. It's a one year part time diploma in business management. I'm currently working in retail and I want to progress into management. Is there any prerequisites needed before doing this course as I never done a college course beforehand? Would this be a good steppingstone stone to get into…

Is there any prerequisites needed before doing this course as I never done a college course beforehand?
Would this be a good steppingstone stone to get into management and be good for my cv?
