SKYDE HD changes

Recently a lot of the TPs for SkyDE on 19 changed to DVB-S2. Rumour has it they may also change the HD encoding similar to that on 28. Has anyone any info on this?

CAID 1702 will go down permanently.CAID 098C now used and working ok.
