Hi bought a 06 Touran back in September traded in a Yaris for it at a Simi garage. When I was test driving it air bag light was on, small job fix it no problem he said will have it fixed day after. Went to pick it up after buying it driving it out of the gate light came back on drop it into tomorrow small problem fix it in no time. Got the normal 3 months warranty.Couple of days later light came on again problem would seem to be connection under driver and passengers seats so they decided to take out plug connection and run it straight lasted ok for 2 weeks then drivers side again brought it on. Back in for another fix.
Moved passengers seat forward yesterday and light came on must be 5th time now if not more. What are my best option here continue on until after warranty runs out and have to start paying for it to be fixed, mention getting money back or replacement vehicle?

The problem might not be a bad connection. Get them to reset the diagnostics and see if that helps.

He has connected it to the computer found the problem and rest it then. Wouldn't resetting the diagnostics after they fixed it be the norm before they give it back to me

Ask the mechanic to give you the fault code that keeps recurring, post it up and we may be able to advise you further
