Too late for pruning?

    Is it too late in year to prune these?

    hydrangea lacecap is usually pruned in spring, old flowerheads are meant to protect the new emerging growth from frost. Fuchsia i would do march/april. can be cut all the way back to the ground every few years, does have a lot of deadwood in it usually. if its not that bad i would give it a light trim as it flowers on newly produced wood.
