jsb stopped switching to jsa

i had to call in next day - thursday - and go to the gpo to get the payment for whatever reason they messed it up.

im guessing you need to keep signing on while your jsb is ended if you have put in a claim for jsa?

my sign on date was friday - yesterday. i missed it but i also had an interview.
if i ring and call in monday will it be ok?..until i hear back from the job
