    After some advice please,

I kept reliving the past in my head, like embarrassing moments where i said something wrong & everyone laughed or had to do a presentation in class & froze and couldn't say anything.

I know this sort of stuff happens to almost everyone but most days something from my past like this pops into my head & makes me feel awful

Anthony Robbins the life coach had a good section on this in his book Awaken the Giant within. You should be able to google it.

Basically it focuses on reducing the impact of the memory so when you picture it, try and put that image in black and white, then turn down the brightness of it..... If you remember sound and voices, turn them down. Reduce the size of the image...... Then imagine it bring behind you and drifting away .....something like that
