    yes never touched it,muck i always thought,have an ole cold,so threw some paddys into a glass,spme cloves and some hot water...faaantastic stuff..defo something now for me to get into..im a big ale person,love to sample different ales,might just do the same with whiskey now..i think mixed with the water is my way to go..how does that hold down in the whiskey drinking world?

    Lots of people drink whiskey with water, either mixed in or two separate glasses - wouldn't be considered odd at all.

    Work your way through some of the other Irish stuff first - Black Bush and Powers should give you two very different tastes from Paddy; Scotch is a very different experience.
