WTD sram shifter & bars

I'm looking for a few bits to finish off a winter build as follows
SRAM rival or apex left hand or front shifter.
SRAM rival or or apex 31.4 mm band on front mech.
400mm drop bars not fussy on colour as long as they have cable channels (skinny fingers) :-D(SORTED)
And finally a 27.2 seatpost (SORTED)
Based in cork but have car and will travel ;-)

I've a silver seatpost if ya want, might be on the short side though.

Ok have bars and seatpost sorted so the front mech and shifter is all thays outstanding
