    Hi,

    I have paid the full amunt of my bill earlier this week however is is still showing as unpaid when I check online. I have paid the full balance due to date.

    The transacton is showing up on my bank statement so there's no problem on the banks side. I would have expected the payment should be showing on your site by now.

    This is very concerning as I did not receive any email from you confirming payment either.
    Can you confirm when the website will show this bll as being paid.

    Also, just to note the website is very misleading as the first pop up I get when I log in is to pay the balance so it could lead people to believe that payments have not gone through so may lead to multiple unneccessary payments.

    While your payment may have been received, it can take several days for a payment to process and show on your account after making a payment and show your balance is cleared.

    However, if you would like us to look into this for you, please PM the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
