Can't log in on my account

When i'm trying to log in on my account that erros appears,

• Go back and try again
  
• Contact system administrator quoting the following details
  Error Code: 8001.500 
  Request Id: d7b9c815-5780-46f0-bc98-ad9df33fea70 
  
  I try already internet explorer and Maxthon browser and still the same,

Hello,
I am also having difficulty logging into my account. I seem to have forgotten my password but when I enter my email address and date of birth to get a new password it keeps telling me the details are incorrect. 

Can you please help?
