outdoor sounder

    pulsing light on hkc outdoor sounder has stopped working , before i take a look is there any common problems with them

    No. They're very reliable. Is it a wired bell or wireless?

    Is this the LED light?
    Is the sounder & strobe working ok?

    it is a wired system. have not got chance to test sounder etc yet.

    No problem.
    Check if the external bell and strobe are working if the alarm activates.
    It looks like the external bell might not be getting any power.
