    Hi there,

Would really appreciate any help please if possible,

I am looking to start up as an inbound on line Tour operator to Ireland.I am in Ireland.

Aviation say I do not need a licence as its inbound, and referred me to ask ITOA.
    .
I am having difficulty finding out legal requirements.registration /insurance/ permissions required etc .Am only planning to sell tour packages and hotels, not flights.

I have followed the usual procedures as an online business.
Can anyone that knows advise please ?

    Many thanks in advance,

maybe you can get in contact with paddywagon tours. They could help you out if its not going against their interests of course.
