Aptitude Tests Question

    Hey everyone,

    I done the Garda Trainee - Stage 2 Aptitude Tests then completely forgot about it, got an email last time with results so just put it on the back burner and left it. It took a while last time to get results but this seemed to be taking ages so looked around for info everyone else had their results already.....so I tried ringing (TECHNICAL SUPPORT) 1800 947 745 no help what so ever, refused to even acknowledge they were dealing with the Garda trainee stage.. So tried the email gardatraineestage2 after several emails no response.... I decided to leave it at this stage I was just annoyed. But I can’t get it out of my head I went to the trouble of studying for and doing the tests, I would like my results. I have no screen grab of my completed tests regretting that now and I have just my own word I did them, as I done it by myself…... Is there anyone else I can contact about this, do I have any chance of being heard by anyone on this or is it just my own fault for not having enough cop on to take a jpeg of both my tests completed?

    If I have no remit on this, I hope it’s a warning for anyone reading, make sure you take a screen grab of your completed tests so you have proof you completed them.

    Did u check for results on your public jobs page. Thats where the results go. I remember some people never got emails before jas it went into spam mail. If you results are there its already too late as everyone successful has moved onto stage 4 and 5

    No I checked public jobs regularly after I started getting worried my last message was

    The messages on your public jobs profile will be all the evidence you need.
    Should even have your unique log in details. That's irrefutable proof, you don't need to have any screen shots of your test.
    Send that to Public Appointments Service to get an answer. Or if you really want answers go in in person to them in Abbey Street Dublin with it printed out.

    What could have happened is your results never got logged on that website the tests were done on. In that case what options you have is anyone's guess.
