    I urgently need an Account balance confirmation to get the deposit back on my apartment. I have rung and emailed about this several times. I'm homeless until I get this as I can't fund a deposit for a new place.

    I can look into this matter for you, if you wish? To do this, we would ask that you send the following details via PM:

    - Your name;
    - Address;
    - Contact Number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.
