Best Santa experience for kids?

hi, I'm living in Galway city, have 5 and 8 year old kids, would like to bring them to a Santa experience this year. I know there's the one in Bunratty, Aliwee caves, Ice Ville in Galway city and more. Can anyone recommend any, which is best experience etc.? Thanks, Pa.

I've been to Ailvee which was a good day out both for the adults and the 8yo.
