What % bonus should I look for/expect?

    Hi,

I work in healthcare in the community setting. I started a new job 12 months ago and took over from an incompetent manager. I've spent the last year streamlining all aspects of the business including reducing the number of suppliers, achieving higher discounts, increasing sales etc. Through these measures I have saved the owner €35-40K which I can show from figures as well as other improvements/savings which are not as easy to show on paper (On a total turnover of around €1.3m).

My boss has agreed to give me a performance related bonus. I'm just wondering what I should expect/what would be standard (% wise) for such a bonus?

    Thanks
